This episode of PLL was boring yet still had it's moments of terror.

We see Hana then walk into her kitchen only to find Mona back. Yay! I actually have missed Mona and her creepiness. Mona tells Hana she is still worried about Ali and that Ali could still hurt her. Hanna basically tells her she should worry more about A.
Em hears Sara on phone with her mother and Sara says she has to go home but Emily suggests she get emancipated instead. Wow Em this Sara crutch you have is getting old! It seems like she is over protective of Sara but I am still so incredibly numb to this storyline.
Clark then drops in on Aria at her dad's office at the college and suggests they go take some photos. At first Aria seems reluctant but then Clark mentions a contest where someone could win an internship for some magazine in L.A. I'm sure the idea of finally getting out of Rosewood is too great for her to pass up so she decides to go with Clark.
Back to Mona where her and Hana stop in a coffee shop only to run into Lesli; the girl that testified against girls at court in Ali trial. Lesli then freaks and screams at Mona for making her an accomplice to a crime; seeing as Mona was never dead. This whole thing struck me as very odd.
Entertaining moment of reprieve for me was when in next scene Spencer and Hana have a heart to heart about their boyfriends and their lack of sex lives at the present moment lol. Then Spencer slaps Hana's hand when she tries to eat her pot cookie. Great comedic relief between the two ladies as always. Spencer also goes to an AA meeting later in episode and runs into her old drug counselor Dean but mostly she was just there because she had the munchies apparently and needed some free dessert.
Aria continues taking creepy pictures of dolls at the weird funhouse like junkyard. Going as far to explain to Clark she is "embracing the creepy." Alright, I guess that's one way of dealing with what happened. Clark then takes a picture of Aria and she seems freaked for a second and then he even goes as far as asking her out, but she declines. She says things have basically just been hard the past year and he says he understands seeing as he saw her on the news. Have I mentioned I hate these new characters yet. Sara and Clark and Lorenzo, I've been so over them from the moment they appeared.
Ali complains about cops "watching her" to Lorenzo (Toby's partner) but Lorenzo tell her no that they are "watching out for her". They talk about her being a camp counselor at something churchy most likely. Then her dad walks in and gets all weird and kicks Lorenzo out of the house. What the what?! It was super strange. Mr. D was none too pleased when he pulls up later in episode to find Ali and Lorenzo making out. Ew I don't like this at all either the whole Ali storyline seems annoying and growing less and less important as well. Especially with the discovery tonight... I'll get to that in a minute...
Aria is still doing the whole photography thing with Clark and comes across a hoodie wearing figure in the negatives. She calls the other girls to relay the info but says she has to wait to inspect them more closely so she doesn't look like a freak. Unless she would rather the girls just let her tell Clark the whole story as well, to which Emily freaks about assuming it will hold consequences for Sara.
Lesli later runs into Hana again and apologizes for her earlier freak out and about how she treated Mona. She also tells Hana something to the effect of not looking into Radley or anything since that's what got Mona into trouble in the first place. There is definitely something off about Lesli to say the least.
Hana and Spencer eventually end up in the room from Spencer's nightmare and soon discover some more of Charles DiLaurentis medical files that say he was an organ donor apparently. Which seems to close the Charles case once and for all. It seems Spencer was correct last episode in thinking whoever A is just possibly knew Charles and was using the name and his story. Then there is a terrifying moment when Hana drops the files in a filled bathtub and they see what looks to be a body floating in it, but it just ends up being a CPR doll. They run into Mona as they are leaving the room and find out she was there to steal none other then Lesli's file. Oh cool turn of events! Apparently Lesli was a patient at Radley long enough to have known Mona and even Charles from there.
Aria finally finishes developing negatives and sees after zooming in that the hooded figure has BOOBS. Boom, drop the mic! A is a girl! No way I'm not sure I accept this yet I need more evidence. (Plus every time we see end of episode clips of A doing something it looks like a dude build wise.) Aria sends picture in a text to all the girls and Sara sees Em's phone and seems pretty freaked about it. At first I thought maybe gulit, but she later tells Emily she has also seen a hooded figure lurking. When they discuss it we even see a shadow A possibly following them and they take off.
The girls discuss all the new developments together going as far to theorize that seeing as Bethany Young shared a room with Lesli at one point that she could have hated Alison as well and so on.
At the end we see Mona call Lesli and tell her that the girls know everything basically. Lesli then has a meltdown in her car and screams how Mona always screws everything up.
My Bottom Line: The last clip where they show A playing with Aria head as tennis ball and brushing her doll hair was weird. Does anyone else find it strange A seems to maybe have more of an obsession with Aria lately? I'm wondering why and what has caused this. Anyways, overall I didn't really love this episode but that happens sometimes. I do look forward to them moving on from Charles thing and onto Lesli now I guess. But I'm guessing and really hoping A will really turn out to be someone closer to home and more prevalent to the story of the show. I don't really want it to be some small time character and I truly don't think it will be. As we all know the first ten episodes of every season seem to have the sole purpose to lead the viewer in the wrong direction or just a different one so they can give us shock value later.
Well Until next week...
What did you think of episode, any new theories? I'm kind of stumped right now.
